Boeing 727-200 accident report

Friday 30 July 1971 ANA 727-281 JA8329 c/n 20436/788
DSP Flight NH058 from Sapporo (CTS) to Tokyo – Haneda (HND) with 7 crew and 155 passengers. It collided in mid air with a JASDF North American F-86F fighter jet, reg. 92-7932. The F-86F trainee pilot could eject safely but the 727 went out of control and broke up.
YOM : 1971. Airframe hrs : 865 engines : P&W JT8D-9. All 162 people on board died in the crash. location : near Shizukuishi, Japan +- 500m 39°39’25”N 141°00’08”E

Friday 09 July 1982 Panam Boeing 727-235 “Clipper Defiance” N4737 c/n 19457.
Flight PA759 from New Orleans to Las Vegas with 7 crew and 138 passengers.
Entered severe windshear on taking-off from RW10 at new Orleans and was blown to the ground. It crashed in a residential area destroying 6 houses.
First flight : 24 jan.1968 Airframe hrs : 39253 engines : JT8D-7B. All 145 people onboard died in the crash and 8 on the ground. location : 1.4km E of New Orleans apt. +- 25m 29°59’15”N 90°14’08”W

Date - airline – ac type – registration -- s/n
DSP Flight ADK086 from Port Harcourt (PHC) to Lagos (LOS) with 10 crew and 134 passengers. On approach it probably got into a high speed stall and control was lost and the airplane crashed into a lagoo. YOM : 1969 Airframe hrs : 64956 cycles : 44613 engines : P&W JT8D-9A. All 144 people on board died in the crash.
